A Father's Day Gift Guide
It’s Father’s Day in the UK on Sunday 20th June. According to a little research it came quite soon after Mother’s Day: Both early 20th century. The celebrating of Father’s Day in the UK didn’t originate here but actually in the USA, or more specifically in Washington.
Whether you choose to celebrate it or not or even if you just view it as another commercial ‘holiday’ it’s always nice to get a little helping hand in gift-buying for the men in your life: AKA the hardest sex to buy for!
We’ve popped together a selection of our favourite items in the shop at the moment to make your job a little bit easier! We’ve got everyone covered with gifts for those who love to get out and about, the cyclists among you or even for the man that has everything! For that there’s always socks!
Here are a few of our picks but you can bob on over to the website HERE and view even more gift inspiration for Father’s Day.

THOUGHT BAMBOO/ORGANIC COTTON SOCKS
Because if in doubt, socks are always a good idea! No really! Thought are one of our all-time favourite brands and these super-duper soft snazzily printed socks are made from organic cotton or bamboo. But which print to pick?! Why not grab a couple!
Popular with both men and women alike but if you’re dad is super cool and also interested in sustainability and being kinder to the planet, you can tell him that these trendy rucksacks are each made from 12-13 plastic bottles and are made using far less energy than traditional methods!
The Finchley is deceptively spacious and has room for your gym kit, lunch and much more! It has nifty side pockets, durable straps and a handy laptop sleeve too!

Bath House men’s cologne’s are made right here in Cumbria: in the Lakes no less! They describe their Cuban Cedar and Lime Cologne as:
The language of masculinity written in scent -
the fragrance of a character from a Hemingway novel.
Citrus notes of fresh lime zest, green bergamot
and bitter grapefruit are layered with the pungent
dangerous sensuality of leather, musk and dry cedar.
This would be the ultimate treat for any dad who loves his smells and is partial to a little pamper now and again!

We’ve picked the SEA LIFE TURTLE bottle but if this isn’t your dad’s cup of tea, peek at the rest HERE.
