"A gorgeous gift shop hidden away in the centre of Carlisle"

Our first shop was a tiny shop in Stanwix, Carlisle called Give it Gifts (thought up by our son Joe). We are a family business, we care.

 

We soon realised that we were going to need something bigger! We found a lovely shop in the market town of Brampton, where we stayed for a couple of years before we took the plunge and moved to the centre of Carlisle.

 

Why Ashbridge & Brown ? No, It's not our names, our names just didnt work. Ashbridge & Brown are Jayne's Grandmothers maiden names, Cumbrian names, Carlisle names.

 

Our aim was to provide quality gifts and accessories for you and your home that you couldn't get in Carlisle. The shop has a vintage feel and is set in a most wonderful Georgian building in a fantastic courtyard with a few other independent cafes and small businesses.
